Class Details of Sri Krishna Yoga Foundation



SKY's daily classes offer students the opportunity to learn authentic yoga from lifelong, award-winning yogis. Westerners usually refer to 'Asana' or the physical practice of yoga as 'yoga', but the traditional Indian scriptures state that Asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. In keeping with this tradition, SKY's classes encompass the eight limbs of yoga.
