Yogi with a Dream

Sri Krishna Yoga (SKYoga) Foundation was founded by Yogi Sukra Chiantanya. After teaching numerous courses, drop-in-classes, retreats and workshops, plus implementing schedules and programmes at yoga schools and ashrams throughout India, both discovered that the authentic science of yoga that had been developed over thousands of years was only being taught in a select number of Indian schools. As dedicated scholars who had practiced traditional yoga throughout his live, he formed a common belief that people get the best results from yoga when it is taught according to the tradition. The content of yoga should not change, but the way how it was being taught did.

Yogi Sukra Chaitanya has taken these teachings, and made them relevant to 21st century life. Their holistic approach to yoga combined with their warm hearts inspire students and other teachers alike.
